  • Handicapped-accessible ramp to Courthouse is at Main Street entrance.
  • The clerk's office is located in the Courthouse annex at 1100 East Main Street, Suite 501. The annex has a handicapped-accessible ramp at its entrance.
Coming from the south: I-95 north to exit for Downtown Expressway (195 to I-195). Take first exit (Canal Street--$.20 toll). Turn right onto 10th Street and continue to Bank Street. Courthouse is at 10th & Bank Streets. Entrance is at rear of Courthouse facing Bank Street.

Coming from the north: I-95 south to Exit 74-B (Franklin Street). Turn right onto Franklin Street. Turn left onto 14th Street. Turn right onto Main Street. Courthouse is on the right at 10th & Main Streets. Entrance is at rear of Courthouse facing Bank Street.

Coming from the west: I-64 to I-95 south to Exit 74-B (Franklin St). Turn right onto Franklin Street. Turn left onto 14th Street. Turn right onto Main Street. Courthouse is on the right at 10th & Main Streets. Entrance is at rear of Courthouse facing Bank Street.

Coming from the east: I-64 to I-95 south to Exit 74-B (Franklin St). Turn right onto Franklin Street. Turn left onto 14th Street. Turn right onto Main Street. Courthouse is on the right at 10th & Main Streets. Entrance is at rear of Courthouse facing Bank Street.
