Date & Time: Oral argument will begin at 9:00 a.m. on December 8, 2017.  Each side is allowed 30 minutes of oral argument time. The court may sua sponte extend the allotted time during argument.

Media representatives with reserved seating must check in at the Butzner En Banc Courtroom (Room 201) by 8:00 a.m. or your reserved seat will be subject to release.

Media representatives who have received advance permission from the court to bring equipment into the courthouse to access C-Span's shared feed must arrive in time to complete their set-up by 8:30 a.m. Media representatives may use their electronic equipment only for the purpose of airing the live audio feed; other uses are prohibited. Use of electronic devices in all courtrooms is prohibited.
Public Gatherings:  
Press conferences, media interviews and other public gatherings must be conducted off the Courthouse property and Courthouse steps and must not impede public access to the Courthouse.
