The court and the Fourth Circuit Judicial Council have approved two amendments to the Fourth Circuit Consolidated Equal Employment Opportunity and Employment Dispute Resolution Plan.
The approved changes: (1) expand coverage to include paid and unpaid interns and externs, and (2) extend the time for initiating a request for counseling from 30 to 180 days.
