The calendar shows the courtroom, start time, and order of cases, with a link to the briefs and appendices on PACER, and a brief description of the case. The description is prepared by the clerk's office and does not reflect the court's views or limit the issues counsel may argue..
Court generally convenes at 9:30 a.m., except on the last day of the session, when it convenes at 8:30 a.m. En banc arguments begin at 9:00 a.m. Counsel must register for argument 30 to 45 minutes before court starts. The identity of the panel assigned to hear argument pursuant to IOP 34.1 is not disclosed until the morning of argument.
