Access Coordinator

It is the judiciary's policy to provide sign language interpreters or other auxiliary aids and services to participants in court proceedings who are deaf, hearing-impaired, or have other communications disabilities, as set forth in the Guide to Judiciary Policy, Vol. 5 § 255, Services to the Hearing Impaired and Others with Communication Disabilities.

Participants needing these or other services to access court proceedings should contact the Access Coordinator promptly after their case has been scheduled for oral argument.  The chief deputy clerk serves as the Access Coordinator for participants who have hearing or other communications disabilities and require auxiliary aids or services to access court proceedings.
