Join online as 95 candidates from 46 countries become citizens of the United States of America during a naturalization ceremony on July 4, 2024, in Richmond, Virginia. The ceremony begins at 11:00 a.m. and is hosted by the Virginia Museum of History and Culture, in coordination with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. The Honorable Roger L. Gregory, United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, will preside and administer the Oath of Allegiance.
