Become a Program Partner

We are looking for educators, lawyers, and other interested community members from Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia who would like to assist in Courts4Civics' mission as a volunteer, a facilitator, a coordinator, a participant in our programs, or other role.

Visit the Court

The Powell Courthouse and Annex function as modern buildings housing the Fourth Circuit and other important government agencies. The Courthouse has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1969 and is significant for its architecture and its role in local, state, and national history.

Groups interested in scheduling a free guided tour of the Courthouse or attending oral argument in Richmond are encouraged to call (804) 916-2715 or email tours@ca4.uscourts.gov.
