Media Advisory Update: May 12, 2015, Oral Argument in No. 15-4019, U.S. v. Robert McDonnell

Case Information:  Appeal from convictions in the Eastern District of Virginia for performing official acts in exchange for gifts and loans.

Argument Date & Time:  Tuesday, May 12, 2015, 9:30 a.m.

Location: Lewis F. Powell, Jr., United States Courthouse, 1000 East Main Street, Richmond, Virginia 23219. Courthouse entrances on Main Street and Bank Street open at 7:00 a.m.  Bring photo identification and allow sufficient time to pass through security screening.  Do not bring restricted items, such as electronic devices, weapons, food, or beverages. Courtroom: Butzner Courtroom (Room 201)

Overflow Courtroom:  An audio-video feed will be broadcast to the Red Courtroom (Room 412).

Public Seating: Public seating is on a first-come, first-seated basis.

Reserved Media Seating: Media representatives with approved requests for reserved seating must check in outside the Butzner Courtroom on the second floor.
