The Circuit Executive’s Office is pleased to announce that the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals voted to reappoint Hon. Stephen C. St. John to a 14-year term as a U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the Eastern District of Virginia, starting on September 27, 2023.
