Brian C. Behr has expressed an interest in reappointment for an additional term as the U.S. Bankruptcy Administrator for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
Mr. Behr’s current term is due to expire on May 3, 2027. The Court of Appeals, as appointing authority, has established a review committee to assess this reappointment request.
Bankruptcy administrators are responsible for supervising trustees and debtors-in-possession to ensure that they administer the district’s bankruptcy estates effectively.
