DISCONTINUATION OF FOLLOW-UP NOTICES
Effective today, the Court will discontinue the issuance of general follow-up notices in counseled cases. These notices were used to ensure compliance with filing deadlines. When appropriate, the Court will continue to issue notices of overdue filings pursuant to Local Rule 45 and Local Rule 46.
