The Circuit Executive for the Fourth Circuit announced today that the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit has reappointed John G. Baker to a second four-year term of office as Federal Public Defender for the Western District of North Carolina. Mr. Baker’s second term of office begins on March 28, 2026.
