The Circuit Executive for the Fourth Circuit announced today that the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit has reappointed G. Alan DuBois to a third four-year term of office as Federal Public Defender for the Eastern District of North Carolina. Mr. DuBois’s third term of office begins on April 16, 2026.
