Oral Argument Calendars & Audio Livestreams

To listen to cases as they are being argued before a panel, click on the Livestream link in the calendar or go to Livestream Oral Arguments and select the courtroom for that panel. Audio files for each case are posted on the Oral Argument Audio Files page the following day and are available from May 2011-present. To request audio files between September 2002 and April 2011, use the Oral Argument CD Request Form.

Attorney Registration: For in-person oral argument days, attorneys presenting argument must register at attorney check-in (Room 102) at least one hour before the first scheduled argument of the day. Attorney Registration Times
The identity of the panel assigned to hear argument pursuant to IOP 34.1 is not disclosed until the morning of argument.
