Any fees due to the Clerk, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, may be
paid by credit card using the Case Management/Electronic Case Filing (CM/ECF) system. The Court continues to accept payments by check or cash. The Court also accepts case-initiating documents and bar applications and any associated fees electronically. Users must register for a Fourth Circuit filing account to pay fees by credit card. Once logged into CM/ECF, the system utilizes PACER to process payments.
